Did you know Browns Road Farm can be hired as a location for photography shoots?
Whether you own a brand and about to launch a new collection or you are a photographer wanting a fun and aesthetic location to capture some of your families?
Or maybe something else? Let me help you bring your vision to life!! Each hire comes with me (Shel) as your assistant for the day to set up, prep, plan and share your vision. I will work with you closely for a few weeks prior to your booking going through your mood board and finding props and setting up areas on the farm to make your experience here unique, personalised and super user friendly.
We have various areas here such as gardens, fruit trees (depending on time of year), 80 resident animals including sesonal baby animals. Farm carts, wagons, cute chicken areas, aesthetic fencing alongside our paddocks, friendly goats and outdoor furniture etc..

Photoshoot packages
Duration: 2 hours.
This is for content creators, family photographers or small local brands.
Includes:
An extensive phone chat so I can envision your shoot with you prior to the day
Prop use depending on your mood board
Half an hour prior to start for setup and walk around
Choice of area on the farm (garden, fruit trees (seasonal), animal area, including feeding and holding baby animals, field or paddock shots, farm cart or vintage caravan use, flower or vegetable garden, aesthetic chicken coop etc)
Creative direction at the start and assistance setting and packing up
Add ons include Behind the scenes footage and social media stories or reels
The “Micro-shoot”
Investment: $450 ($150p/h overtime)
Duration: 4 hours.
Professional family and portrait photographers running back to back mini sessions
Includes:
An extensive phone chat & communication so I can envision and help prep your shoot with you prior to the day
Prop use & mood board help
Half an hour prior to start for setup and walk around
Choice of area on the farm (garden, fruit trees (seasonal), animal area, including feeding and holding baby animals, field or paddock shots, vintage caravan or farm cart use, flower or vegetable garden, aesthetic chicken coop etc)
Continuous, rotation friendly acces to the farm animals, perfectly timed for changing family groups. A bag of feed for each family for hands on and in frame animals.
Creative direction and assistance setting up and packing up plus help throughout your whole session to ensure families are comfortable around the animals, saving you valuable time.
Multi-car parking for arriving clients and a designated family waiting area
Add ons include Behind the scenes footage and social media stories or reels
The “Mini-shoots”
Investment: $700 ($150p/h overtime)
Duration: 4 hours.
Emerging mid-tier fashion, lifestyle and consumer good brands
Includes:
An extensive phone chat & as much communication as needed to help envision and prep your shoot with you proir to the day
Unlimited prop use and mood board help, plus I will go to lengths to find any props for you that I dont already have
Full exclusive access to the farm, with zero risk of background interruptions (the working farm will not commence throughout your booking)
Use of multiple areas on the farm (garden, fruit trees (seasonal), animal area, including feeding and holding baby animals, field or paddock shots, vintage caravan or farm cart use, flower or vegetable garden, aestheitc chicken coop etc)
Collaborative asset direction. I will work directly alongside your photographers/videographer to position items, control animal placement and match your vision and brief.
Toilet and sink on site with power and a mirror for any clothing changes, hair styling etc
Multi-car parking for families, crew and extras on scene
Includes Behind the scenes phone footage and tagged stories on the Browns Road Farm instagram.
The “Brand Editorial”
Investment: $850 ($150p/h overtime)
Duration: 8 hours.
Major commercial brands, agencies, TVCs and high-end editorial campaigns
